Check out my old friend, Nadya Ginsburg. We met in New York in the 1990′s on the Lower East Side comedy scene. She is a talented comic actress and was always funny.
Here we are in my short film from 1998 (shot at the World Trade Center!), “Al Fresco”. Nadya is the petite, long-haired brunette who closes the film.
She’s done a lot of stuff since then. We both moved in L.A. at the same time, where she continues to work and collaborate with people like Jackie Beat, Selene Luna and Mario Diaz.
Lately she’s been collaborating with Austin Young on a horrific “existential comedy” called The Worm, where she plays all the characters, including Madonna, Cher, Britney, Winona Ryder, (as well as the Worm). She is an amazing impressionist. There are many episodes. Here’s one of them:
She also starred with Selene Luna in the viral video, “Madonna and Child”.
